I was born in 1967 in Terrasa
(Barcelona).
Since very young I started in the world of radio, something innate in me. I have
always had a special fascination towards the world of Communications a facet
that would deeply mark my professional life and give me the name
Felix JR.
I have worked as a Radio DJ in the most important radio stations of the country:
Cadena 40 Ibiza, Cadena 40 Barcelona
and Cadena 100 Barcelona-Ibiza.
My daily work as a Radio DJ was
useful in those moments, late eighties, to confront the great challenge of the
night and mix my job as a Radio DJ with sets and acting in cabins where I shared
the stage with the most relevant national and international DJ’s.
If I had to define the style of my sessions I would say they are
Freestyle. I am one hundred
percent House DJ, style and
tendency that mark each one of my sets, mixing a variety of all sort coming from
Vocal House to the most
Deep sound, without sacrificing
at all more electronic rhythms.
Years back I also published different productions that had a very positive eco
with professionals in the business (DJ..s and producers) as well as with
the specialized press and radio.

At the moment I am a frequent resident of the Jamboree Club (Tarantos), pioneer
setting in Barcelona that mixes sounds of
Funk, Soul, Hip-Hop and R&B, and
very special sessions of Freestyle
where we recover lifetime classics.
My stay in the Jamboree Room is well balanced with my shows and settings in
different national and international Clubs and Discotheques.
Just a few years
back I started in Ibiza Global Radio
my own show called JR’OOM by Felix JR.
Since November of 2007 you can listen to me every weekend at 97.6 FM (Illes
Balears) or throught internet.

JR’OOM by Felix JR is not a
simple session of discotheque, it is a radio show where we play with the
rhythms, with the new tendencies, with the different styles, to make these sixty
minutes into an authentic wave trip.
Looking for a more precise definition we can say that
JR’OOM by Felix JR is everything
you can listen in one session of Club condensed in one hour.

Ik ben geboren in 1967 in Terrasa

Op zeer jonge leeftijd ben ik begonnen in de wereld van radio, iets dat mij is
aangeboren.
Ik heb altijd een speciale fascinatie voor de wereld van de communicatie gehad,
een facet dat diep zou doorwerken in mijn professionele leven en mij de naam
Felix JR gaf.
Ik heb gewerkt als radio-dj in de
belangrijkste radiostations van het land:
Cadena 40 Ibiza, Cadena 40 Barcelona
en Cadena 100 Barcelona-Ibiza.
Mijn dagelijks werk als Radio DJ was nuttig in die tijd, eind jaren tachtig, om
de grote uitdaging van de nacht aan tegaan en mijn werk als Radio DJ te mixen
met sets & actie in de cabines waar ik het podium deelde met de meest relevante
nationale en internationale DJ’s.
Als ik de stijl van mijn sessies moest definiëren dan zou ik zeggen dat ze
Freestyle zijn.
Ik ben honderd procent House DJ,
en de stijl en voorkeur die elk een van mijn sets kenmerken, zijn een mix van
alle soorten stijlen, van Vocal House tot
Deep sound, zonder in te boeten
op alle elektronische ritmes.
Jaren terug heb ik ook verschillende producties uitgebracht die zeer positief
ontvangen werden door professionals in het bedrijfsleven (DJs & producers),
evenals door de gespecialiseerde pers en radio.

radioshow op Ibiza, die de
gedurende die tijd wereldwijd steeds meer fans en volgelingen kreeg, dat er geleidelijk
voor zorgde
dat de sfeer ontstond van actie en reactie om te groeien en inmiddels kun je de
